Overview

This guide will walk you through creating an API key within Lever and entering it into the linking flow.

Prerequisites

You have Admin permissions in your company's Lever instance or someone has shared their access with you.

Instructions

Step 1: Create a new API key

1. Log in to your Lever account and click on your profile picture in the upper right-hand corner of any page. Then, select Settings from the dropdown menu.

2. Click on Integrations and API on the left menu​

3. Select the API Credentials tab

4. Click Generate New Key

Step 2: Select permissions

Click Select all read under Permissions. Scroll down, and click Done

Step 3: Copy the key and enter it in the linking window

1. Select Copy Key

2. Go back to your linking window and paste the API key
