Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan

This plan guides Boon in the event of a significant disruption to normal service. It covers mission critical services, planned and unplanned outages, backup and retention requirements, alternate communication channels, testing through walkthroughs and tabletop exercises, and the disaster, response, and recovery stages.

The plan is reviewed and tested at least annually. Last updated May 2026.
