Step 1 : Go to Boon Branding Settings

& click Configure Email

Step 2: Select your email provider

Step 3 : select the email account

Note : It needs to be an email, not an group or a shared inbox

Removing an existing address

Go to Boon Branding Settings https://admin.goboon.co/settings/branding⁠ & click Configure Email
