Enable Custom App Upload (One-time)

Teams Admin must enable side-loading.

Admin Steps

Go to Microsoft Teams Admin Center

Navigate to Teams apps → Manage apps

Enable:

✅ Upload custom apps

Go to Teams apps → Permission policies

Ensure:

Custom apps are allowed

Import (Upload) the App

Open Microsoft Teams

Go to Apps

Click Manage your apps

Click Upload an app

Choose:

Upload a custom app

Select your ZIP file

Install the app

Connect with Boon
