Location Groups
Boon retrieves each employee's primary location from Workday. If the employee is not already in the corresponding location group in Boon, they will be added automatically. However, please note the following important behaviors:

• Boon will not remove an employee from a location group they are already in. This is by design to support employees who belong to multiple locations.

• If an employee transfers to a new location, they will be added to the new location group but will remain in their previous location group as well, since Boon cannot distinguish between a primary location change and a secondary location assignment.
