Why can't I see my organization's job openings on Boon?
Last updated: July 18, 2026
Some users may find that when they log into the Boon platform, no job openings are visible for their organization, even though openings from other organizations may appear. This can happen when trying to browse available roles or submit a referral.
Answer
This issue is typically related to your account's access or organization mapping on the Boon platform. Here are some steps you can take to resolve it:
Perform a hard refresh and log in again. Press
Ctrl + Shift + R(Windows) orCmd + Shift + R(Mac) to hard refresh the page, then log out and log back in to your Boon account.Log in via SSO (e.g., Okta). If your organization uses single sign-on, log out of Boon and log back in through your SSO provider (such as Okta). This can help re-establish your access and organization mapping.
Contact Boon Support. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, please reach out to support@goboon.co. Our team can investigate your account permissions, organization mapping, and access settings to identify and fix the problem.
Note for admins
If your organization uses Greenhouse and jobs are not appearing for your users, this may be related to how departments or job filters are configured in your integration. Specifically, if department names have been updated in Greenhouse, the filter used to publish roles to Boon may need to be adjusted. Please contact Boon Support so we can review your integration settings and ensure roles are published correctly.
In most cases, the issue is resolved quickly once our support team reviews your account. If you continue to experience problems after trying the steps above, please don't hesitate to reach out.
