  1. Your organization uses SSO (Single Sign-On): If your company has SSO enabled, you should not create or use a password directly on Boon. Instead, you must log in through your company's designated Boon link (e.g., a link provided on your company's internal website or portal). Trying to log in directly at the standard Boon login page may not redirect you to SSO automatically.

    • Look for a Boon login link provided by your employer or on your company's website and use that to access your account.

    • If you are unsure of the correct link, contact your HR or IT team for the SSO login URL.

  2. Your organization uses PSID-based login: Some organizations require a PSID (a personal or employee ID number) to log in via SSO. If you see a prompt asking for a PSID, you will need to obtain this number from your manager or HR team.
