2. Copy the 'My Referral Link.'
This unique URL will credit you with a social referral for any candidate who applies through it.
How is the URL unique if it directs to my organization’s job portal?
Each member of your organization receives a unique URL that directs to the same job portal. This ensures individual tracking while using a common destination.
3. Paste and share however you'd like!
Note: Only jobs with a sharing scope of “Everyone” will appear in the job portal for viewers outside your organization.
