If you no longer need your Boon account and would like to permanently close or delete it, you can do so directly from within your account settings.

If you no longer have access to your account, you may first need to reset your password before proceeding. Use the Forgot Password option on the login screen — a reset link will be sent to your email, which you can use to set a new password.

Once you are logged in, follow these steps to close your account:

1. Log in to your account and navigate to My Account.

2. Go to Settings → Close Account.

3. Enter your password to confirm and delete the account.

After your account has been closed, you are free to create a new account using a different email address if needed.
